CheckPrintingSupplies.com (CPS) remanufactured toner cartridges and new-modified MICR cartridges are guaranteed to be free from damage and/or defects. Damaged or defective cartridges can be returned for a free replacement or full refund within one year from the time of purchase. After examination, if the cartridge is deemed defective and/or damaged, CheckPrintingSupplies.com will replace the cartridge free of charge or simply refund the original purchase price. In the event the cartridge is empty or otherwise defective, no credit will be applied.

Printer Return Policy

Before you buy your printer, please review the printer specifications to insure the printer you have selected has the features you require—PC vs MAC connectivity, color printing functions, speed, network capability, etc.. 

Un-opened printers - Returns accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a refund or credit less shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.

Opened printers - All opened laser printers may not be returned.

Defective printers - HP manufacturers warranty covers defective printers for one year. Please contact HP by calling 800-474-6836.

Returning Unused Merchandise

CheckPrintingSupplies.com charges a restocking fee of 15% to return unused check printing supplies and toner cartridges and 25% for unopened laser printers. You man return unused merchandise for up to 1 year from purchase date for CPS brand merchandise and 30 days for all OEM products (HP, Lexmark, Brother, etc.). If your printer has been replaced and you can no longer use the original cartridges, we will give you 100% of your original value towards replacement cartridges with no restocking fee.

Shipping - The customer assumes the cost of shipping the merchandise and must insure their product against damage or loss. If a returned item is lost or damaged in shipping, the customer must file a claim with their preferred shipper and no credit will be issued by CheckPrintingSupplies.com.

"Like New" condition - A restocking fee will be charged (15% for check printing supplies and toner cartridges, 25% for laser printers) after the product is evaluated and deemed to be in a re-sellable condition. If the product returned is not in re-sellable condition, no credit will be issued. Toner cartridges may not be returned if they have been opened or the seal has been pulled.

Why a restocking fee? - The restocking fee covers processing the returned items—inspecting, removing labels, replacing packaging, etc.. Low volume or non-stock items are typically drop-shipped directly from supplier and will in turn be shipped back incurring a restocking fee from the suppliers.

How to return unused merchandise - Before unused merchandise can be returned, an RMA number must be obtained by contacting customer service at 678-539-3077 or ship the unused merchandise in a box with "RMA # [your RMA number] " written clearly on the outside of the box. Please do not write the RMA # on the merchandise box or package, this renders the unused merchandise used and is no longer "Like New".
